Our Story
THE BEGINNING
At StarLite, our passion for pets started when I was a young child. Growing up with horses and dogs, I knew that I wanted to have them in my life. They are family. I started attending dog shows with Golden Retrievers at an early age. My family bred, raised and showed them in AKC Obedience and Confirmation.
THE GROWTH
I have owned, trained and enjoyed several breeds including Doberman, Australian Shepherds, Chow Chow, German Shepherds, Cocker Spaniels and even the little guys including Chihuahuas and MinPins. I learned how to train, groom and show them which is what led me to where I am today. My husband is a huge part of this journey and also enjoys showing dogs in Confirmation at the shows. Our dogs enjoy a variety of sports and showing in Confirmation, Agility, Rally, Dock Diving and Obedience.
THE FUTURE
We love working with the dogs in a variety of sports and taking the dogs on trips to explore new adventures. As our passion continues to grow, we continue to add fun new adventures to enjoy together as a family. We occasionally have both Doberman or Australian Shepherd puppies and adults available. Inquiries always welcome.
